Betsy Densmore has a long career of providing leadership and developing leadership in others. Currently, she is Founder/Managing Director of the Academies for Social Entrepreneurship (ASE), an educational organization dedicated to linking the passion of social purpose with sustainable business practices and principles. She has worked with over two hundred social entrepreneurs, catalyzing approximately ten million dollars in new revenue for innovative, mostly charitable ventures. Annually, one “Academy” is conducted as an Economics course at UCLA. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University’s School of Education and Psychology, where she teaches in their Social Entrepreneurship and Change Masters Program, and at Golden West College.

In addition to running ASE, she is part owner of Great Mex Grill in Mesa Verde Plaza, Costa Mesa. She previously managed an office and lead programs for a global training and development organization for six years. Her past experience also includes a decade of service as the Executive Director of a community foundation, running an energy services social enterprise, and serving as the Manager of Consumer and Community Affairs for a Fortune 500 retailer.

She just completed six years as a Board member of Social Venture Partners-Los Angeles as well as service as an officer for the regional chapter of Social Enterprise Alliance. In his 26 years at Simple Green, he has held the titles of Director of Sales, National Sales Manager , VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, and VP of Marketing. Jeff has led the introduction of 13 Brand extensions in his tenure at Simple Green, moving the company from 13 SKU’s to well over 275 SKU’s. Jeff manages all production facilities in the both the US and abroad. Simple Green is now exported to 41 foreign countries and is manufactured on 3 continents.
