Norman C. Lao is the Creative Director for Simple Green and has been responsible for the creative direction and brand management of Simple Green for over 15 of his 18 years with the company.
As Creative Director, Norman's responsibilities are to oversee and manage the daily creative vision for Simple Green, by leading collaborative design developments from conceptualization to final production while maintaining the highest level of design excellence and competitive market standards.
Over the last 15 years, Norman has directed numerous production and creative campaigns for Simple Green on a global basis including: Packaging and label designs, online and print advertising, trade show booth experiences, in-store marketing and retail point of purchase campaigns, product displays and merchandisers, sales and marketing tools and presentations, and website and social media platforms.
Norman is also responsible for the ongoing training and development of the Simple Green internal Creative design team, to ensure that all operational aspects for the Creative Department maintain the highest level of quality standards in order to stay competitive with current marketing, packaging and design trends.
During his free time, Norman is an avid Historical European Martial Arts Fencer and studies these fighting traditions with the South Coast Swords club in Santa Ana, California. He is also an avid podcaster, hosting a variety of different pop culture shows on the Fandom Podcast Network.

Joseph Jeong is an attorney and a professional in banking and finance with 16 years of experience. He is a Senior Vice President at First Bank and manages business banking for both Northern and Southern California. He leads business banking by developing and implementing business, credit, and risk management strategies with a strong passion to execute corporate strategic goals. He is also a committee member of business credit and pricing. Before joining the company, Joseph held advisory, business management and risk management roles for other financial institutions, including Bank of America, Citibank, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, HSBC, and City National Bank.

After co-founding Procom Technology (NASDAQ: PRCM) in 1987, an embedded operating systems developer, Alex led the expansion of Procom’s operations for 16 years taking the company public and eventually selling to Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ:SUNW). As CFO, he took the company through a successful IPO, Secondary Offering, and a Debt Offering; raising over $100 million in public financing and bringing the company’s growth from no revenue, to $120 million in revenue.
While at Procom, Alex managed over 400 employees in 5 countries, established OEM relationships with HP, Dell, Fujitsu, and Sun Microsystems, and developed the sales infrastructure selling to Fortune 1000 companies. He was responsible for all SEC reporting and SOX compliance, and worked directly on the integration of 6 companies acquired by and integrated into Procom’s core operation.
Alex was also the founder of Pacific Horizon Communities a builder of new home communities, and the founder and CEO of Home America Lending a wholesale mortgage lending company. His gained experience in both the new home building and Mortgage markets led him to his next software startup Icanbuy.
In 2006 Alex founded Icanbuy, an innovative Saas based online comparison-shopping platform for financial products. As CEO of the company, Aydin set up a large software development operation in Ukraine, worked on establishing partnerships with most major real estate and financial website publishers and large online mortgage companies.
