I am obsessed with adding value. It is a superpower that has propelled me into a career as a general contractor, realtor, real estate investor and entrepreneur. My career started in 2015, when I joined LandMinds, a family-owned business that introduced me to the power of real estate investing. There, I not only fell in love with all things real estate but also learned that being an entrepreneur and a contractor were the paths for me. I eventually took over our family business, expanding it from Arizona to Texas.
Today, my entrepreneurial journey continues with Tryangle Construction, a general contracting company I founded in early 2022 with a different name and structure. In 2023 I bought out my then business partner and rebranded the company as Tryangle Construction. Now armed with a new vision centered around home remodels that prioritize manufacturing equity, I am happy to report that Tryangle is experiencing strong growth. This value-added approach has our clients not only recouping the cost of their remodels but also adding significantly to their wealth. With Tryangle’s guidance, beautiful living spaces have become a result, not a focus. By combining an investor’s mindset with Tryangle’s insight and proprietary processes, we are successfully helping our clients rethink their project’s scope, budget, focus and goals. Through it, we have found much success and are on our way to build Tryangle into a profitable bootstrapped brand with tremendous potential.
From the outside, building a brand, may to some, look effortless. It has been anything but. Early-stage entrepreneurship has taught me much about myself – and if I’m honest, some of it ugly, but all of it important. Things I hope to share with other budding entrepreneurs to help them on their journey of self-realization. To give back, I’m now sharing my journey with other young entrepreneurs though EO - Orange County (Entrepreneurs Organization) where I now sit on the Board.
Ryan is a graduate of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and resides in Orange County, CA with his wife Emily. Together they are looking forward to the birth of their first child in early 2024.
